Module 06 / The Conversation

Thirty minutes, builder to builder.

The mission is to empower field workers to be masters of their craft. That has been my mission too. Here is the fit, the ask, and how to reach me.

The fit, in one paragraph.

The aggregate finding has not moved in sixty years. The diagnosis is field-shaped, not material-shaped. Prior waves missed because they stayed in the office, added a cost, or imported a factory the field could never use. The single move left is to put intelligence on the worker. NavigateAI is the team executing exactly that move, and the buyers are already co-investing.

For eight years I have been the coordination layer by hand: pricing scopes, chasing RFIs, training junior crews, catching rework before final inspection. For two of those years I owned a 1M-user platform that had to survive in real hands every day. When NavigateAI hires the next operator or product lead, the ideal candidate has lived both sides. I have.

Routes.

Primary line first, the rest for completeness. Pick whichever is easiest.

Sixty years flat. The constraint is the field. Prior waves missed the worker. The lever is autopilot for the field. And I have been the coordination layer by hand.

I would like thirty minutes to hand the dossier over in person. David T Phung.
